Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By creating an account or using School of AI, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a contract between you and School of AI.
By accessing or using School of AI ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including students, teachers, administrators, and visitors.
School of AI is an AI-powered educational platform offering personalized tutoring, adaptive quizzes, structured courses, and progress tracking across a wide range of subjects. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to deliver customized learning experiences.
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@schoolofai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
School of AI is designed for learners of all ages. Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental consent before creating an account. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parents or guardians may contact us to review, modify, or delete their child's information at any time. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or copy Platform features without permission; (e) use automated tools to scrape or harvest data; (f) impersonate any person or entity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Platform uses AI models to generate educational content, quiz questions, lesson plans, and tutoring responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. School of AI content is intended to supplement, not replace, formal education. We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on AI-generated educational content.
School of AI offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All charges are in USD. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service — contact us at billing@schoolofai.com. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
All content on the Platform, including AI-generated lessons, course materials, quiz content, graphics, and software, is the property of School of AI or its licensors. You may use content for personal educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. You retain ownership of any content you create and share on the Platform, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using School of AI, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, School of AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or educational outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES DEPEND ON INDIVIDUAL EFFORT AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may close your account at any time in your account settings. Sections regarding IP, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account.
